What we can do for you

We can provide you with complementary information about the school and the teaching, particularly from the point of view of parents.

We offer help in solving questions and conflicts which may arise between school, teachers, the syllabus and the school organisation within the European School Karlsruhe.

We support the parent class representative in solving questions or problems within a specific class.

We help new students and their families to become incorporated into the new school environment.

Naturally we keep you informed in detail about the activities that we are directly involved in, such as the canteen, extra-mural activities and social events.

We represent the interests of all parents in the Educational Council and the Administration Board of the European School Karlsruhe.

Since we play a role in the decisions of the Board of Governors in Brussels affecting all European Schools, but the European School Karlsruhe in particular, it is our policy to keep you informed in this regard.

In the case of financial difficulties we can, within out limits, give financial assistance to students for field-trips organised by the school. Based on our statutes this assistance, however, can be given to member families of the Parents' Association only.
